You may remember Katrina – she used to have a stall outside on the Farmers Market selling her delicious savouries and desserts. We found her again at the Wirksworth market and persuaded her to come and be our guest cafe this Sunday.
Italian style plate: Tomato and Basil Ciabatta, Signature Mediterranean Salad and Prosciutto, Salami Milano. Mediterranean Salad also sold separately.
Greek style plate: Lamb dolma, hummus, Greek salad and pitta bread.
Spanish Tortilla (vegetarian, no gluten added) Mushroom pie (vegetarian)
For dessert: Honey and Walnut Whipped Ricotta with Sour Cherry Compote; Sweet Cottage cheese bake with dried fruit and nuts; Baklava bites
