This wonderful exhibition of working fairground models returns to No28 for the 13th year!

No28 cafe runs alongside and, of course, Proctor’s Fair will be in the Coppice and Market Place Thurs 29, Fri 30 and Sat 31 October. Proctors have been bringing the fair to Belper for over a hundred years!
