BOOK NOW for 28 Laughs Sat 17 Oct 7.30 for 8pm
Compere Rob says:
We’re back at 28 Laughs on 17th October, and our headline act is the fantastic SUSAN MURRAY!
SUSAN MURRAY built her name the hard way, gigging relentlessly on the circuit under the stage name Harpie before settling into the sharp, warm, thoroughly honest style she’s known for today.
She won the first ever Jongleurs new act competition, has written for BBC Radio 4’s The Now Show and Newsjack and Channel 4’s 8 Out of 10 Cats, and became the first woman to MC Decompression gigs for the British Army and CSE.
Her club and festival work has taken her from Glastonbury and Download to gigs as far afield as Dubai, Qatar and China. Sharp, versatile, and reliably funny wherever she’s booked.
Plus IN SUPPORT Lauren Buck, Thomas North and Karl Brown
PICNIC PRIZE!!! Following the extended discussion about picnics at the last show, there’ll be two free tickets to the November 7th show for the Best Room Picnic on the night!
