Pricing

This includes use of the kitchen for making a few hot and cold drinks and laying out cold food brought in.
There may be discretionary additional charges for more intensive use of the kitchen.
There are possible discounts for longer hire and block bookings of more than
three dates in one booking.
We ask for a 50% non-returnable downpayment to secure the date, with the
balance payable two weeks before the booking.
You will have half an hour free of charge either side of the booking for setting up and clearing/cleaning up.
There is a small damages deposit payable on the day, returnable when you
leave the premises in the condition it was left for you. That means wiping tops,
hoovering, washing up, putting away and thoroughly cleaning the kitchen/
appliances, if used. We ask you to take all your rubbish with you, including all
re-cycling.
