No28 Belper is a community-led arts and events venue based in the heart of Belper at 28 Market Place. Originally a Salvation Army hall built in the 1930s, it has been transformed into a vibrant not-for-profit Community Interest Company. No28 hosts live music, theatre, comedy, workshops, exhibitions, and community gatherings, while also supporting local groups and creative projects. As both organiser and venue, No28 plays a central role in Belper’s cultural life, offering a welcoming, inclusive space where creativity, collaboration, and community can thrive.
